What Is CSAP?
The Community Stabilization & Accountability Program (CSAP) is a 90-day housing and community stabilization initiative. Stable housing provides the foundation upon which stabilization, workforce preparation, behavioral-health connection, accountability, and community reintegration can occur.

What We Provide
Housing Stability
90-day structured housing environment providing a safe foundation for stabilization.
Clinical Mental-Health Connection
Connection to appropriate licensed mental-health providers for participants needing clinical support.
Weekly Stabilization Sessions
Two-hour weekly sessions with program leads focused on accountability and progress.
Workbooks & Educational Materials
Structured materials supporting personal development, life skills, accountability, and transition planning.
Workforce Readiness
Resume preparation, professional headshot, employment-readiness support, and employment clothing preparation.
Transportation
Transportation to/from employment and approved program and community activities, subject to program policies.
Community Connection
Monthly community gathering designed to reduce isolation and promote healthy social connection.
Accountability
Progress tracking, goals, participation monitoring, and structured transition planning.

Serenelle Living provides structured 90-day housing and stabilization programming with attendance tracking, progress monitoring, accountability, and certificates of completion for participants who complete all program requirements. This program is designed to support housing stability, workforce readiness, behavioral-health connection, and community reintegration for clients under your care.
We work with family court attorneys, probation officers, DCF professionals, guardianship specialists, and social service professionals throughout the region.

Participants who complete the full 90-day program may receive a Certificate of Completion, attendance verification, and program completion documentation. Please verify acceptance with your court or referring agency prior to enrollment.
