By accessing or using the Serenelle Living website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Serenelle Living provides transitional care coordination services including community support, transportation coordination, and family communication services in Marion County, Florida.
Client Responsibilities
As a client or family member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Communicate any changes in health status or needs
- Comply with agreed-upon care plans
- Provide timely notification of appointment changes
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity
Payment Terms
Payment terms and rates will be discussed during intake and outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and can discuss payment arrangements as needed.
Limitation of Liability
Serenelle Living provides care coordination and support services but is not a licensed medical provider. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services. In case of medical emergency, please call 911.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice. Service plans may be adjusted based on changing client needs and circumstances.
