Intermittent Care Services

Structured support designed to help individuals remain stable and independent within their homes and communities.

Why Intermittent Care Matters

Serenelle Living provides structured intermittent care services designed to support individuals who require assistance throughout the day but do not require full-time or live-in care.

For many vulnerable individuals, the greatest risks occur in the small gaps between traditional care models. A person may be well enough to remain in their own home, yet still require brief, consistent support to safely manage daily living tasks. Without that support, simple activities—preparing meals, remembering medications, maintaining a safe living environment—can quickly become overwhelming and place an individual at risk of decline or readmission to hospital.

Our intermittent care model is built to bridge this gap. Serenelle Living offers brief but purposeful visits, typically ranging from 15 minutes to one hour, delivered a minimum of twice per day, with additional visits available based on each individual's needs.

The Difference We Make

These short, structured visits create reliable touchpoints throughout the day, allowing families and healthcare professionals to feel confident that the individual is safe, supported, and maintaining stability between clinical appointments or higher levels of care.
